WHOLESALE CLIENT REGISTRATION

GENERAL POLICIES:

1. With the TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein, by registering in BIGBOYGEAR.COM, You agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information about you and your company prompted by the registration from on this website.  This includes uploading a business license or seller’s permit which will be displayed to our vendors upon request.  By the terms of this agreement you are fully responsible for all usage of your account as well as for any actions and consequences that take place on BIGBOYGEAR.COM by the use of your account and membership.
2. To become a wholesale customer with BIG BOY HEADGEAR, INC. Please go to “REGISTER” section to apply wholesale account.  Once filled out with all the information, we will review and takes up to 1-5 business days for a response.  If there is any problem with a website register, please EMAIL to EDDIE@BIGBOYGEAR.COM or FAX to 470-655-1776.
   
3. Wholesale customers must be licensed with each individual DIVINE 9 teams to purchase merchandise for these groups below on this wholesale website and In-house:

• PHI BETA SIGMA

SORORITY

• ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA
• DELTA SIGMA THETA (Only sell In-house with authorized member certification)
• SIGMA GAMMA RHO
• ZETA PHI BETA

Without any proof of License/Certificate, BIG BOY HEADGEAR, INC. will not be allowed to sell any Divine 9 merchandise.  It is the wholesale customers’ responsibility to find out the licensing program for each group.
